1. Definitions
- Service Provider / Usługodawca — Boniface Mwanza, Jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza, NIP 6793328743, REGON 541482313, registered at ul. Kuźnicy Kołłątajowskiej 25h/21, 31-234 Kraków, Polska.
- Service / Serwis — the website available at https://coding4bread.com and all related features.
- User / Użytkownik — any person using the Service, whether as a consumer or in a business capacity.
- Consumer / Konsument — a natural person using the Service for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity, within the meaning of art. 22¹ of the Polish Civil Code.
- Account — an individual account created by the User to access restricted features.
- Subscription — a paid plan entitling the User to premium features for a recurring billing period.
2. Scope of services
The Service Provider delivers digital services through the Coding 4 Bread platform, including: aggregated technology news, certification practice exams (e.g. dbt, Snowflake), an in-browser coding playground, downloadable CAD/robotics project files, YouTube tutorial integration, and optional AI-generated quiz explanations.
Some features are available free of charge. Premium features require a paid Subscription, clearly marked as such before purchase.
3. Technical requirements
To use the Service, the User needs:
- A device with internet access.
- A modern web browser (current Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
- An active email address to create an Account.
4. Account registration
Registration is free. The User must provide accurate information and keep their credentials secure. The User is responsible for all activity performed under their Account. The User must be at least 13 years old, or older if local law requires.
5. Subscriptions, prices and payments
Prices of paid Subscriptions are shown in PLN on the billing page. Prices include 23% VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The Service Provider does not store full card numbers. A Subscription is activated upon successful payment and automatically renews at the end of each billing period. Before renewal you will have access to the same plan; after cancellation you retain access until the end of the paid period.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
A Consumer who concludes a distance contract has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa z dnia 30 maja 2014 r. o prawach konsumenta).
Important — digital services: when you purchase a Subscription you expressly request that the service be provided immediately and you acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Where possible, for partially used subscriptions, we will still refund the unused portion at our discretion — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an unambiguous statement (e.g. email to legal@coding4bread.com) within the 14-day period.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel a Subscription at any time from your billing page or by emailing support. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. No cancellation fee is charged.
8. Acceptable use
The User agrees not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or automatically republish paid content.
- Upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Resell or redistribute premium question banks or CAD files without permission.
9. User content
You retain ownership of anything you upload (profile details, code snippets, etc.) and grant the Service Provider a non-exclusive licence to host and display it as strictly necessary to operate the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit.
10. Intellectual property
Except for User content, all material on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, code, question banks and CAD files — is owned by the Service Provider or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. dbt, Snowflake and other trademarks belong to their respective owners; Coding 4 Bread is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
11. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties to operate: Supabase (database, auth), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Stripe (payments), Google AI Studio / Gemma (optional AI explanations), the YouTube Data API (video metadata), Sentry (error monitoring), and Vercel (hosting). Use of these providers is subject to their own terms where applicable.
12. Liability and disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". Certification practice questions are educational only and do not guarantee that you will pass any real exam. CAD files are provided for educational and personal use — use at your own risk.
The Service Provider's liability to non-consumer Users is limited to the amount actually paid for Subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The rights of Consumers under Polish and EU law are not affected.
13. Complaints (reklamacje)
Complaints may be submitted by email to legal@coding4bread.com. Please include a description of the issue, the email address on your Account, and the date of the event. We will respond within 14 days as required by Polish law (art. 7a Ustawy o prawach konsumenta).
14. Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers have access to out-of-court dispute resolution through, among others, the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers may also seek assistance from the Wojewódzki Inspektor Inspekcji Handlowej or the district/city consumer ombudsman (powiatowy/miejski rzecznik konsumentów).
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Polska. For non-consumer disputes, the competent court is Sąd właściwy dla siedziby Usługodawcy (Kraków). For Consumer disputes, jurisdiction is determined according to general rules of Polish civil procedure and EU law — which remains fully applicable.
16. Changes
The Service Provider may update these Terms for legal, technical or operational reasons. Users with active Subscriptions will be informed of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect, and will have the right to terminate the Subscription free of charge before the changes apply.
